Our Tems of Business are as follows:

We thank you for your order which is subject to our Tern1s and Conditions of Sale which
are as follows;

1. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the furniture they have ordered
   corresponds to that outlined on the Invoice / Order Form, and that the items fit in
   the required space.
2. That access is good and the item(s) will go through doors and up staircases. If any
   item(s) have to be returned or require alterations we reserve the right to charge the
   customer for those alterations and re-delivery.
3. If any part order is ready we reserve the right to deliver with full payment due for
   those item(s). If the customer is not ready for delivery, we reserve the right to;

   (a) Charge the full amount for those item(s) and storage. Storage is free of charge
   if full balance is paid.

4. Cancellations are not possible unless advised within 72 hours of order being placed.
   A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged, of not advised within this time.
5. Delivery dates are given in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.
6. Furniture will not be ordered until a deposit is received.
7. No claims for damages or shortages can be accepted unless notified in writing
   within 72 hours of delivery.
8. On waxed furniture we recommend the use of Bri-Wax polish only. Once the
   Furniture has been polished by the customer, "William Glover" will not accept
   responsibility of the finish. We will however advise on how to apply the polish.
9. If balances are cancelled by the customer without informing "William Glover" within
   72 hours of submitting said balance, then we reserve the right to insist on payment
   within 7 days. Failing to do so will result in the Company collecting item(s) of
   furniture and taking a 20% fee out of the deposit for the total invoice value.
10. Wood is a natural product you should avoid cold damp conditions (as wood
    absorbs moisture) and excessive heat. Not suitable for conservatories.
11. 12 months guarantee.
12. The goods remain the property of "William Glover" until paid in full.
    Payment terms: Full balance on delivery.
